Excellent staff! I've been here a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. Recently, I needed some help to find an adapter to connect my laptop to a projection screen and they helped me find the exact part I needed, even though they did not carry it in stock. Their tech support team is very helpful as well. they helped me work through some technical issues I was having with my laptop, and all were resolved very well. I highly recommend this store.

Canton Computers has always been extremely helpful every time I've been there. Reliable service at a reasonable price. A couple of years ago, I had built myself a new PC, but it wouldn't start. They identified the problems (improperly seated RAM, motherboard needed BIOS update) and finished it within a day. Today I had a very minor problem involving a missing screw that I wasn't confident enough to fix myself, and they handled it in 5 minutes free of charge. Even though I live half an hour away, this is the computer shop I'm loyal to. It's simply worth the trip.

I brought in my little Beelink computer to replace the fan that was failing. Due to supply-chain shortage issues, they were not able to procure the exact replacement for my fan. The techs on staff, however, were able to obtain a close model and they rewired it to fit my motherboard. They did a great job. In the end, I only paid a little under $100 and about half of that charge was for the parts. They discounted the labor because they felt bad that it took a long time to fix but I understand that that wasn't their fault. Anyways, I appreciate that they went above and beyond. True professionals.

I called and they told me to come on in. They did some basic checks on my cable and adapter and found that was my issue. They were so helpful and were able to recommend the correct part I could order. Very professional. I'm not an effort with tech terms but they explained things on my level. Will definitely recommend and come here in the future.
